Feel all the greatness of the Austro-Hungarian Empire in one day! From Vienna to Bratislava and Budapest. In one day you will be able to feel the atmosphere of three capitals of different countries: Austria, Hungary, and Slovakia. Can you imagine that it used to be one state? That's what our trip will be about! Vienna is the capital of the Austro-Hungarian Empire. At the beginning of our journey, I will tell the story of Vienna and how the Empire was born. Bratislava is a cozy medieval city with a unique Slovak flavor. This city was the coronation place of the Hungarian Kingdom. We'll stop in the city center for coffee and a traditional Slovak dessert. Budapest is a majestic city with amazing buildings built during the heyday of the capital of Hungary. Once called the “Queen of the Danube,” Budapest consists of two parts, Buda and Pest. Our car-walking tour will affect both parts of this city. In Budapest, I will show a few Hungarian restaurants with local cuisine.

Authentic Stories from Diners
Had dinner here during my Vienna trip. The Austrian dishes were very good, portions were generous, and the service was attentive throughout the meal. Prices are on the higher side, but the overall food quality and service made it worthwhile.
We had a fabulous time at Sixta. There was a lovely atmosphere / vibe. We sat outside as it was a warm evening. Its very popular and that is understandable. The food was lovely, we had Weiner Schnitzel and Beef Goulash. The Apple Strudel for dessert was lovely. The staff there are outatanding, so very friendly and attentive. Overall a wonderful experience.
As we ended our six day trip to Vienna, we went to Sixta for one last Austrian dining experience. It was one of the best meals we had! We shared the vitello tonatto, the schnitzel, and the goulash, as well as a couple bottles of delicious wine. While the food was hearty and delicious, the hospitality was amazing! The owner/manager was very friendly and welcoming and really made our last dinner memorable. I would happily go back if I get back to Vienna!!
Had a very enjoyable experience at Sixta in Vienna. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, especially the traditional Austrian dishes with a modern touch. The atmosphere was cozy and stylish, making it a great spot for dinner. Service was friendly and professional, although the wait time was a bit longer than expected during peak hours. Overall, a lovely restaurant with great quality food and a welcoming vibe. Definitely worth visiting when in Vienna.
The food in this restaurant is good and it’s definitely worth giving it a try. The staff are very friendly and are eager to ensure you have an enjoyable experience. The only criticism is the food and price are a little off, the food is good but it’s by no means ‘Michelin Star’ and the prices are giving that impression.
